  • Identical Bid

    A bid that is exactly the same in all respects with another bid submitted at the same time and for the same requirements. Bids that are the same price, but submitted by two or more bidders. In some cases, terms and conditions may be the same. Identical bids may raise an antitrust concern when there is reason to suspect collusion between the bidders.
