For 2021, given the challenges brought on by COVID, Chapter Academy will be a six-month chapter learning experience.  Engage in this exclusive six-month learning experience featuring an agenda that's relevant with compelling content designed to help you succeed in today's ever-changing world. Leave every session with new ideas that inspire action.

Join us for a virtual happy hour where Academy attendees will open a pre-event swag box, NIGP staff will preview the program and we will get to know each other in an informal and fun environment!

We’ll explore how we can unlock regular and new channels to support our chapter’s member services and programs. Let’s take a fresh look at the revenue mix, identify alternative resources and refresh out sponsorship programs for a more virtual world.

This collaborative session is a chance for you to connect with peers for a deeper dive discussion around the main topics covered in the general session. Each team meeting gives participants a chance to network with as many peera as possible during the program.

Decoding Volunteer Engagement to Boost Involvement

Association member research says members want to volunteer. Let’s explore what’s stopping them, what’s motivating them and how to tap into the virtual opportunities to engage more members in the work of the chapter.
